Poetry

Poetry has always been part of how I explore and express understanding.

Where writing tries to explain, poetry allows things to be felt — without instruction, argument, or conclusion. It’s a way of pointing without defining, and of letting meaning emerge rather than be imposed.

The pieces shared here aren’t teachings or interpretations.

They aren’t meant to persuade, instruct, or resolve anything.

They’re reflections.

Some arose from moments of stillness.

Some from movement, training, or life lived fully in the world.

Others arrived unexpectedly, as poetry often does.

You don’t need to understand them.

You don’t need to agree with them.

If something resonates, let it. If it doesn’t, leave it behind.

This space exists simply to offer them — as they are.

Take what resonates. Leave the rest.
